This course helped me understand what I was lacking. Shailaja shares valuable information about Pinterest that is easy to understand and implement.
In fact, I had my first pin go viral, bringing 1000+ views to my blog post in a day. My reach has increased by 300%. And the best part? I’m seeing a steady growth in my repins, click backs and blog traffic.

Frequently Asked Questions

Pinterest is the largest visual search engine online. Think Google with pictures and you have Pinterest.

Contrary to what people think, Pinterest is not a social media platform. It doesn’t work the same way as Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.

If you have a niche, you can use Pinterest.

But, more specifically, if you can create content that people are searching for, then you definitely can use Pinterest.

Niches that work for Pinterest include (and this isn’t even an exhaustive list):

Parenting/ Travel/ Food/Blogging tips/ Social media strategy/ Business coaching/ Art/ Mindfulness/ Fitness/ Lifestyle/ Gardening/ Books/Finance/ Make Money From Home/ Budgeting / Productivity/Gray hair/ Fashion/ Make Up/ Home Business/ Entrepreneurs/ Soft Skills Training

I wouldn’t say there’s any technical knowledge as such. Apart from the initial set up of Google Analytics and Google Search console for your blog, the rest of it is pretty non-technical, going forward. Even those are very simple with the video tutorials I’ve included in the course.

You can. But to be very honest, you won’t get the kind of traction that you’re looking for in this case.

A paid platform like self hosted WordPress is way ahead in terms of monetization opportunities, layouts, themes, enabling of rich pins and so much more.

If you are serious about making money from your blog, then I recommend investing in a self hosted WordPress plan today

There are bloggers who use Squarespace, Wix, Weebly, Winkl and other platforms.
However, I am not familiar with these platforms myself and how Pinterest can help with them.

In one word: strategy.

In reality, Pinterest wants you to use the platform the way a regular user does. That is, to bookmark relevant content that other users will find helpful.

But, as a content creator, you have the added advantage of creating striking, visual images to help your audience find you, follow you and engage with your content, both on Pinterest and on your blog.

As this is a digital download of an e-book, all sales are final. There will be no refunds offered.

The course is in both e-book format and a Google Drive live document. Where relevant I have added links to detailed video tutorials to help you understand things better.

There will also be periodic live training sessions on YouTube. You will be notified of these by e-mail

I have been using Pinterest for years as a content consumer, but I couldn’t quite understand the platform as a content creator. Until, that is, Shailaja explained the intricacies of understanding Pinterest SEO, offered key tips for Pin design, and explained what to focus on when it came to analytics. Her Pin review sessions are gold!
