Into my gray existence

Filled with schedules and alarm clocks

She came a-rollicking

Like a fresh rainbow

Dispelling the clouds of time and habit

With her vibrant personality

Resembling a musical,well-tuned xylophone

This was so cute! Comparing your child with a rainbow/xylophone… they do seem to bring a lot of colour at home.

Wow, that's just perfect for Gy, Shailaja πŸ™‚ The way you compare her to a xylophone πŸ˜‰ Daughters are as musical as a xylophone πŸ˜€ I agree πŸ™‚ I have one such little xylophone at home πŸ˜€ πŸ˜€

PhenoMenon · April 28, 2014 at 3:09 am

Aww… Dispelling the clouds of time and habit.. That's so true for me too. Sometimes it's relaxing to not be bound by the alarm clock. Children sure teach you that.
