WHAT I AM WORKING ON NOW: PERSONAL GOALS

  1. Improving my relationship with technology so that it serves me instead of becoming a distraction. This means significantly reducing time on social media channels like Instagram which take up a lot of time.

    To that end, I have removed the Instagram app from my phone.

    I’m trying something else as well. More updates in a few weeks.
  2. Working on a mindful approach to health and fitness

WHY A NOW PAGE

When I first stumbled across the idea of a ‘Now’ page, I was mildly amused by it but definitely intrigued.

In my own area of work, despite the fact that I have 3 social media channels where I am reasonably active, I keep coming back to the one place that always makes me the happiest- my blog.

There are also things offline that make me incredibly happy and it is my deep intention to make time for all of those things once again.
