You can see it in an earthworm, manoeuvering around an obstacle
You can see it in young kids when you tell them that you can move a building

Saw it in my 8 year old yesterday when he pushed himself to go beyond his comfort zone and climb higher than he has before in a tree. The beam on his face when he came down was amazing.
